Hi,

Had a question about H4 Travel

My wife is currently in India and her H4 Visa is valid till March 2015. My H1B petition was extended recently and I have received the approval notice.

My wife is travelling back to US later this month. She is going to carry my current and renewed petition approval notice

Will she be given I94 as per my new extension OR as per her visa end date?

Wife travelling on old I 797

Hi,

I am in USA and my wife is in India we both have Visa stamping done and Visa is valid till Sep 2016.I have changed my company and moved to new employer but still I have not received my new I 797 .So the question is can my wife travel on old I 797 from my previous company or not ?
