Hi All,,
I am in a very tough situation
To continue, My H1B visa got rejected in November 2014 after I got a 221 G for reverification with my Client about my employment.Unfortunately,my visa got rejected..Now when I check my Petition status online,it says "Department of state sent case to USCIS for review"
What is the possibility for my visa getting approved in this case?
If my petition is cancelled,what are the other options I have?
Please help me out with this scary situation
PS: My current H1 is valid till 2017
If I have to apply for H1B again will I have to go through the DEMON Lottery again?
