Hi,
I am currently in US and my VISA on passport has expired in the month of September. My company has filed for my extension and I have approved I797. I want to initiate the H4 stamping for my dependents.
Please let me know if I need to go back to India and get a new VISA for myself and dependents together or they can have their VISA stamped even though my current VISA on the passport is expired?
