Husband name in wife passport??

I am going to apply for H1B and my Wife will apply for H4. My wife applied for passport before marriage, But she got passport only after marriage. So Issue date is after marriage Date.

Now, Do my wife needs to include my name in her passport? Or do I need to include my name in my Passport?

Your wife can go to the passport office in your city, and get (your) husband's name endorsed in her passport. This process would take approximately 2-3 days.
