H1B Revoke or Cancel
Hi,
Just would like to know, can current employer revoke or cancel H1B. If yes then is there any other way to utilize remaining period with other employer in future (using ex cap).
I read many thread and came to know that if you have H1B then it can be utilized any time in 6 years and any employer can file ex-cap, is my understanding correct?
