Hi Experts,
My employer applied for H1B in 2014 quota, my petition got approved in September 2013 with 1 year validity, i traveled to USA on March 2014 and came back to India in June 2014, and my visa got expired in September 2014,
Now my employer applied for H1B(Premium Processing) Not subject to cap from India in December 2014 and i RFE for the same in January 2015.
Do i need to go for fingerprint and PAI this time also?
