Hi,
I stayed in US for around a year from Aug-2012 to Sept-2013. My H1B visa got expired in March-2014.
My current employer has initiated my H1B extension using H1B: Not subject to cap option. The case is in progress with USCIS.
My Question is: If I resign from current employer, would it be possible for my new employer to take up this case forward from it's current status or they need to file a new H1B extension case?
