I earlier i posted this but no replies
I have a visa stamp from Company A(valid till apr 2016) and a petition from employer B with whom i've been working for last 1 year.
I am back in india for my wedding, due to lack of time we will just get the marriage certificates done and once i return to USA we will be filing H4 for my spouse.
I have the following queries:
1) Let me know if any one fore see any issues since the visa in my passport is from ex employer.
2) Also is it necessary to declare that my spouse is working in india? since she will coming to usa with out resigning to the existing job in india(leave with out pay for a year).
