H4 to Student Visa

Hello All,
Currently am in US in H4 Visa. Am planning to do my Masters and have applied for the Universities. Also, am planning to apply for H1B Visa this year. My question here is, If my H1B petition gets picked up in the lottery, then can I use the same H1B once I graduate Masters? Will the H1B be valid then ?

Yes Anderson. Say, like am applying for H1 B this year and gets picked up in the lottery. Also, am applying for Masters and joining full-time and not part-time and convert form H4 to Student Visa. So, the H1B which has been selected this year, will it be valid until I graduate and then use the same H1B again ?
