I had an H1B visa stamped on my passport in July 2010 which expired in July 2013. I never traveled to the U.S. On this visa but have been to US before this couple of time on B1 visas.
This was issued to me by my previous company who was present in US and Dubai where I was an employee in their Dubai office which I quit sometime back and thus don't have a clue on the visa status.
My questions:
1. Can I renew my H1B?
2. Can I find some company who can renew this visa and employ me?
3. If not possible to renew, is it easier for me to get another H1B approval as I already had one?
Please advise.
