I am currently in US on L1B. Almost Spent 4 years. A company agreed to sponsor H1 this year. By October i will be crossing more than 4.5 years. Is it a good idea to go for H1 this year and Spent 1 more year in US or else can i go back india take a break for 1 year and apply again. Please let me know your valuable suggestions
