Hi,
I have got L2 because my husband has L1-A from his employer. But till now I never reached to US because my husband plan got cancelled. He may go after an year.
Now my current employer wants to apply H1B for me.
Couple of questions/concerns below I have. Please suggest
1)With previous visa experience of colleagues with my employer, my employer keep the papers (like original I-129) after the visa interview. They will give only when you travel to US with them (In such case should I for H1 or keep as L2 ?)
2)Will there be an issue while processing of my husband GC along with me if my visa status change from L2 to H1. Because L1-A gc process is fast.
