Hi,
I applied for H4 along with my Husband(applied for H1) and Kids (H4). All have got visa stamped except me. VO returned my Passport with Case Number to be followed upon.
Today, after 10 days i got following email:
Please be informed that your H4 nonimmigrant visa case has been refused under 6C1 due to your H1B petition from Chennai being revoked. The reason it was revoked was due to submission of fraudulent work history. Our office is going to submit a waiver request on your ineligibility of 6C1. Please be advised that a response to a waiver request takes a considerable period of time.
Continue checking the status of your case at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ by typing in your case number.

Can someone throw light on this and how i can proceed further.
