    H1 status, Visiting India and come back on H4

    Hello,

    My wife wants to convert from H1 to H4. Can she go to India and just return on her existing H4 visa valid till 2016 (she never went out of the country after her H1 was approved in 2014) or she has to go to stamping again? Just for COS.

    Need Help please.
