Hi Experts,
Have a question regarding my situation. My wife holds a H1 visa right now and wants to take a break for 6 months .So we are thinking the only option is to move back to H4.
If she does this 6 months later when she wants to work again , should she wait for the regular H1B cycle and apply for a new visa or can she apply for COS at any time. The new employer may not be the same as the current.
