Telangana Vs Andhra Pradesh on Passport

Hello Everyone,

We have been living in hyd for over 20yrs now and have the address on my passport as "Andhra Pradesh", now that it is a new state by itself do I need to update my passport with new address? Only change will be new state as "Telangana", I'm planning to schedule my appointment very soon based on your input, has anyone been to the interview with their passport not being updated as Telangana and were your passports delivered to your address? Feel free to add any details that I may have missed.
