Hi,
One of my friend has a BBA and a MBA in HR (i.e. 3 years plus 2 years education background) and is here in US on H4 visa (dependent on her spouse).
Back in India she had close to 4 years of HR experience.
She is planning to look out for jobs around here (in US) and hence wanted to check if she will be eligible for a H1 visa (based upon here education background and work experience)
Also, if anyone can suggest / advise on the job prospects here with this profile.
