Dear Friends ,
Hope you are all doing great with same aspirations and energy.
Coming to my question :
I got my I-140 Approved and my 6 yrs on h1b is going to be completed next month March 2015 . I had to apply for H1B extension based on my I-140 Approval.
I am working to a client but as per my conversation with the client HR , they are not giving client letter to any contractors . The primary vendor has given me the letter but my attorney says client letter is mandatory and I don;'t have time to look for new job .
Please advice how to approach and what I should do . I am scared that I might not get extension and get RFC if not produced client letter .
What are my options :
1) Will the email from my client manager is sufficient
2) Can an endorsement by my client manager on primary vendor letter is sufficient
3) Along with vendor letter , producing contract agreement letter between primary vendor and client is sufficient
Your inputs and advice is highly appreciated .
Thanks in advance
