Hi friends, we need some help.
My daughter's friend ( her classmate from Colorado college ) has been hired by a non profit, and they are processing her LCA Form 9035 for her H1B.
They have a lawyer, but there seems to be some confusion about how to fill this information - prevailing wage certificate?
They have offered her a starting salary of 33,000, and are hoping that because it is a non profit, they may just be able to manage an H1B for her.
Any help will be appreciated.
