I am on H1B Cap-Exempt(a) and got another job offer with Cap-Subject company(b), and they like to have me on board as soon as possible, and they might file I-485 for me.
1.If company b file concurrent, do I need to let company a know?
2. If I work for company b under concurrent in NH while company a is in MS, can still maintain my employment status for h1b (taking leave) and work for company b only?
3. Can I go from company a (h1b exempt) to company b(h1b subject) after 180 days of filing I-485? or if I file 2016 H1B cap-subject and did not get the lottery ?
4. Can company b file h1b concurrent and 2016 cap-subject and I-485 all together?
