H4 visa stamping as i will have three months valid visa

i am planning to get married on Nov this year and my visa will be expired on 20 feb 2016 is there will be any issue on stamping for H4 as i will have only three months valid visa

Why not get a petition extension done, and attend new H1 visa stamping for yourself and H4 for your spouse together?
