H1b and H4 stamping

Hi.

My husband had an F1 visa when we got married and i came into the US on a F2 visa. Then we had a change of status to H1B and H4 respectively. It expires by the end of this month and we have already applied for extension. We are hoping to get a reply on that by the end of this month.

We are travelling to India by the end of May and I would like to know the procedure for stamping the H1b and H4 visas in India cos we haven't gone out of the US after the change of status. So we don't have our H1B and H4 visas stamped yet. We will be staying in India only for 3 weeks. So it would be stress free if we could get all the documents and everything else (whatever is necessary) ready before leaving to India

Your spouse and you need to fill and submit two DS-160 forms online, pay visa fees, attend finger print, and visa interview. The whole process can be completed in as little as a week to 10 days if everything is planned , and documentation is clear and genuine.
