Hi! I came to the UK last Dec to visit my fiancé's family. I am under H1 visa for almost 4 years, and I just got the H1 renew last year and came to the U.S. Embassy for the stamp. Unfortunately I stuck in UK based on my first DUI case on 01/11/2014. The first interview was on 15th of Dec 2014. They sent me to the doctor and the doctor said since my case is within one year, they can't let me pass. Therefore, the visa stamp ha been rejected. I waited until 01/15/2015, passed the one year since the accident. The 2nd interview went ok with the same woman interviewed me last time. She still gave me 221G and sent me to the doctor. After doctor's approval , I thought this time will have no problem. A week later I received an email from the embassy to send passport and police report back. My police report was submitted to the doctor already, so I submitted my passport only and attached a letter to explain it. However, I have been waiting for a month, didn't hear anything back. I was very frustrated when I contacted the doctor to follow up the case, they denied have kept my police report and forwarded to the embassy except the medical report. Last updates online was changed from: ready for the document to administrative processing on 19th of Feb, 2015. I asked my fiancé to send the original police report again from the US to the embassy. Is there anyone has the similar case? How long the waiting time should be? Is there anyone can help to explain what is going on here? Many thanks!

I am also in same boat i came to canada for H1b stamping all the tests are done and i submitted my passport and medical reports on Jan 27 no update till then, it is showing Admin Processing, did you get your visa approved ? -
