While in India, I had applied for H1B through an Employer A in US in Nov.2012. Got
Approval I-129 - April 2013 for 1 yr. validity,
Got RFE (221g) - Aug 2013.
NOIR - Aug 2014
Recently got following email:
"On February 5, 2015, we notified the appropriate USCIS ... port of entry about the approval of your case, Receipt Number WX.."
I am still in India but the employer A is not responding to my queries anymore. Looks like he doesn't have that job anymore.
My queries:
1) Does the above email mean that the application has been re-approved and the employer will receive fresh I-797 form ?
2) Since the employer is not responding anymore so there is no way that I can get a copy of form I-797. Can I find another employer in US and get this H1B transfer just based on this receipt no. ?
3) Can employer A apply to revoke this petition ?
4) Do I need to get H1b transferred before employer A could get this petition revoked ?
