H1b stamping, out on bail

I had to travel urgently to India and I have open court case in USA. My colleague charged me for assault. He is ready to withdraw case. I did not carry any court document or bail out papers to the interview.

I have been issued 221g for court document. What are the chances of getting rejected if I submit bail out papers and police report???
