Hi,
I am on H1B and in the process of filing a COS from H1 to H4. I will still have some years left on my H1B (all 6 years were not used). My current employer is going to submit H1B withdrawal documents as soon as my employment with them will come to an end. My question is that if my petition is revoked and i want to work back again after a couple of months, will I have to go through a new H1B cap again or any employer can use my previous petition and file a cap-exempt petition for me for the remaining unused years
