i Had TB last year when on F1,the medication from state heath dept lasted 6 months,
Currently on H1 , need to go to Canada for Stamping end of the month.
On DS-156 and also on Canadian temporary visa application form, they have asked ' have you even been afflicted with a communicable disease'
since i have completed medication , and am perfectly normal now, can i put a NO for this.
Is there any way they can find these records?
i have been issued a medical card of completing treatment,
what do i do? kindly reply soon
