I am now on the internship program till April 2006 and my current employer would like to extend my visa and offer me H1b visa but I can not receive it until October 2006. I do not want to go back to my country and come back.
what is the best procedure in this case?
Can I take short course of study for professionals ( June to September) and stay on visitor visa in meantime and in the same time apply for H1B visa with my employer.
Is there a chance that because I stayed on the vistor visa, my H1b visa can be denied?
