hello all,
I am planning to visit my country and renew my H1-B Visa Stamp in this summer. But I have a question about the H1-B first three years gap.
I got my first H1B petition approved in 2012 and the valid date is from 10/01/2012~09/20/2015. Also my visa stamp on passport is valid until 09/20/2015.
Last summer, I transfer to a new company and got a new H1B petition filed by new company. The valid date is from 09/11/2014~07/29/2017.
I am wondering if I need to renew my H1-B again this year to match H1-B first three year period. Or I can just use the petition I got last year and renew my visa stamp.
Also, if I don't need to apply a new petition this year, I will only use 5 years on my H1-B.
What can I do for the sixth year after my current petition expire?
Thanks
