Hi,
Two weeks ago, on 03/03/2015, I had sent a letter of withdrawal of I-539(Change of status from H4 to F1) to USCIS Vermont center. I have sent the application to Vermont center from where i received the receipt no. and not to Texas center, where we had applied for the change of status initially. My question is whether the address is correct, also do I need to sign on the withdrawal letter, because I didn't. I haven't received any notification from USCIS about receiving the withdrawal letter.
So, should I resend the letter signed ? Also the address is correct or not? And how long does it take to cancel the withdrawal of COS? Also, ideally how much time does it take to hear from USCIS?
Please let me know ASAP.
