I had an H1b back in 2011. I was on H1b only for 3 months. I went back to India for marriage and came back with my spouse on H4 as my H1b stamping was rejected. Can someone suggest a desi consultancy with client base in and around Philadelphia, who can also sponsor my H1b. I am trained in BA and Oracle SQL 11G.
