Travel with new passport and change of last name

Hi,
My wife has an H-4 issued in her maiden name. After coming to USA, she changed her last name to my last name and Indian Consulate issued her new passport with new name. She still has her old passport with the valid visa in it. Now if she travels to india, will there be any problem. And what name shall she use while booking the tickets; the name on her visa or passport.

Carry both passports.

Use name in ticket as per new passport.
