Will my L1 period of stay in US be considered for H1B Petition?

Iam working on L1B with company A since July 2012.I have initiated H1B processing with company B .Will my L1B period of stay considered in H1B Visa process?

Yes. L1+H1 can at max be for 6 Years. In order to stay beyond these 6 Years you need to get GC going in a timely manner.
