Dear All,

I applied for H1b for the year 2014 through a consultant and got the petition aprroved and i started working on contract. From day one iam asking my employer(consultant) to handover my H1b documents but till now they have not done because of that our terms are not good and now they are literally threatening us saying they will terminate us from job.

Please let us know how to get our H1b documents in hand without any issue.

hi ragvi thanks for the response...
i dont want to loose my job or H1.
if i complaint on DOL will it be confidential and helps me to get my documents and continue my work safely in US.
Please advice
