H1B 6 Years Completion in USA and 1 year away. PLease help on my question

Could someone help me understand if plan is valid.


I am completed 6 Yrs in USA by last week ( March 15th, 2015) and travelled to my country (India).
Since I already completed 6yrs, I have to stay out of USA for 1 whole year.

Question is : Can I file for fresh H1B in this year quota ( H1B Quota opens on April 1st, 2015) and If my petition gets approved in regular processing(by the end of this year), I am planning to wait till 2016 March 15th date(to complete my 1 year Outside USA policy) and travel to USA..

Is this a Possible Scenerio ?

No its not. You have to file AFTER staying out for a Year. So the earliest you can file is April 2016 with a start date of Oct 2016.
