Here's my case - I would really appreciate any advice on this;
I am in big Indian firm A.
I have received an offer from american firm B (reputed firm, employment with the company B (no vendor/client issues))
Company B has started processing my H1 in regular processing, and asking me if I can join on receipt.
Meanwhile I have another opportunity with company C which I would be willing to take more than B.
Now the question:
My Regular processing with company B is already started, I would be joining them on receipt.
If company C files my H1 now, which paystubs/petition would I be sending them? (Considering I have not yet received my petition with company B because they have filed in regular processing, and not sure when it would come)
Can I safely send company C the paystubs from company B, and the petition from company A?
What else should I keep in mind so that I do not fall out of status anytime?
