Urgent pls: Cancelling my h1b visa application
Hi All,
Please help me in this. I am helpless.
I am working for MNC company in India. I attended my VISA STAMPING interview on 24th Feb, 2015, chennai for CLIENT A- EMPLOYER1. I got 221g asking for Client invitation letter and SOW for which client is not willing to provide.
Hence i am planning to reappear for STAMPING interview with CLIENT B-EMPLOYER1.
Client B-Employer1 : Client who has initially raised H1b-cap for me.(LCA, I-129-available)
Client A-Employer1 : Client who has raised Amendment Request. H1-b amendment petition-for same role. Hence they provide me new LCA and Work authorisation letter.
Here is my question,
1. My Employer have sent mail to consulate to cancel my H1b VISA Application. i need to know how many days it will take for cancellation? Please let me know as i am in very bad situation and i need to travel immediately.
2. Will VO knew about my previous 221g?
3. My current Client B is ready to provide SOW but not Client invitation letter. Planning to appear with SOW and Acknowledgment letter from Client. And also i have Client Invitation letter signed by my EMPLOYER - the person signed is my Employer's Client partner VP. Will this make a problem? Will i get 221 g again?
4. If 221g in point 3. can i apply for H4? As my husband is there. If yes do i need to withdraw my H1b and do i need to resign from my current job?
