H1B Approved Petition Transfer to a new employee.
Hi,
I'm working with an MNC in india since 6 years. Now I got an approved I797B petition from some other company and still working with my old company in India.
As the company that filed the H1b is having some issues with getting stamped, now i'm transferring my H1b approval to my current company which is a TOP MNC in india.
Now my question is that do i have any risks if i go to stamping with the transferred petition ?
Also Will the consulate will know about my transfer of Visa, if so will they ask any typical questions about the transfer ?
Is there any risk if i go for stamping with the new transferred petition ?
