H1B Employer Change

Hi All,

I have come to US in Oct-2014 through an Indian Company with Visa Stamped till MAY-2016.I have changed my employer and new H1 got approved with Validity till DEC-2016.

If I have to go to India now. Do I need to go for stamping ?Please clarify as I have the Visa stamped with my old employer till MAY-2016.

Its recommended but not mandatory.
