H4 visa stamping with expired H1 visa and change of employer ???

Hi,

My H1 visa on passport got expired in 2013 and got it extended till 2016 with the same employer. Later, I changed the employer twice and the current validity of I797 is extended till 2017. In this scenario, If my dependents (H4) travel to India for stamping now, will the visa process get approved 100 %? or any risk ? Please provide your valuable inputs

When did the H4 I-94 expire? I hope their H4 was also extended along with your H1.

There is no 100% guarantee. But if your employer and work is genuine and you have been maintaining valid H1 status, getting paid as per LCA , I dont see a big risk.
