I am working with ABC company and right now in US and planning to leave company ABC by end of Sept 2015 and join company XYZ in India.
My petition was approved in Aug 2013. Currently my H1B VISA is valid till OCT 2016.
Query:
1. If I am again getting opportunity before 2018, am I allowed to use the current/existing H1B to come again to US from new employer XYZ?
2. If Yes, what all new documents do I need ?
3. If not, do I need to again apply for fresh H1B from scratch including lottery, petition, LCA etc.. ?
