Hi Folks,
I am working for Employer A , and currently waiting for I-140 approval with same employer.
I am planning to switch to new company, once i get I-140 approved.
NOTE : I am in 8th year of H1 visa, and have been getting extensions based on PERM Labor.
Question 1 : When i switch to employer B, do i get a full 3 years H1B extension (assuming i have I-140 approval notice) ?
Question 2 : After i switch to new employer, i am assuming employer A might cancel I-140 . Is it possible that they can cancel an approved I-140 ?
