Hi,
I'm in US currently and my current H1B visa is valid till Dec 2015. If I get it extended before December and leave the current organization.
I have two questions.
(1) Will it be problematic for me or for new employer to get it transferred since I am not planning to go back to India and will not get a chance to get it stamped after the extension from my current employer?
(2) Are H1B visa holders not eligible by any means for EB1 (which I think takes only one year off time for Indian nationals to get GC) ?
