H4 got approved for 1 day

Hi

I was on h1b and after my employer terminated my h1 with a gap of 3 weeks i filed for h4,in dec i got a rfe for paystubs,Marriage certificate and the reason for delay in filing.I did send them and then in jan i got h4 approved for 1 day .

any help with this situation.
