covering letter

hi ,

I have attended H1b interview on dec13th and vo given me 221g and check marked certain options, the first option which is marked is

A complete resume&covering letter mentioning current job duties or responsibilities

so, i have doubt in this whthr the covering lettr should be taken on indain company letter head or it should be prepared on normal paper as my resmue

pls any one advice

Resume can be on white paper, and job dutied printed on letterhead with your superior's signature.
