Hi,
I am travelling to India in this may. Currently My I-797 is valid until July 2017. I am filling DS 160, I would like to understand what should I answer for "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf --DS160"

This is my situation.

1. My previous employer processed labor and I-140. I-140 approved.
2. I joined current employer, got H1 for 3 more years.
3. My current employer just started the labor process, not yet filed.
4. My initial 6 years expired already. (in 2012 itself)

What should I enter for my DS-160

What should I enter in DS-160 for my Spouse?
What should I enter in DS-160 for my Kid?

For you the answer would be yes. For your spouse and kid if I130/I485 was not filed answer would be No.
