H1 - I797 Expires but have valid Visa & I94
Hi,
Below is the tricky situation I am in (with H1B).
Need some pointers & advise.
a. My I797 expires 8th May 2015
b. My Visa expries 8th Sep 2015
c. My I94 expries 18th Sep 2015
d. My 6 years on H1 completes on 28th Jun 2015
My employer is filing green card under Eb1 for me currently.
Is it fine to work beyond my I797 expiry date which is 8th May 2015 until 6 years completion of my H1 (28th Jun 2015) without applying for an extension since I have valid visa & I94?
