Question on H1B clock reset

I have used my current H1B from Jan 2008 to Feb 2013 (5 Years 1 Month). After this I went to India and came back on Jan 2015 (1 Year 11 Months in India). Currently my VISA is valid till Nov 2015. As I was outside US for 365+ days will my H1B clock be reset?

No. The clock would have reset had you come back on a fresh visa got using a fresh cap based petition.
