I reached USA(first time) 2 weeks back and planning to bring my family(wife & kid) to USA on dependent visa(h4) [they are never been here before]
I am filing DS 160 for my wife and kid(as per my understanding these need to be filled separately and after this need to create separate profiles to do payments and take appointment for visa interviews)
One of the questions in DS 160 says :
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
my wife got a H1B approved (in September 2014) but no stamping , should I answer Yes or No to this question ?
