Time taken in awarding H$ visa for US

Friends , pl. tell me how much time is taken in H4 visa after marriage in india ?

There have been cases where in the newly wed spouse was able to attend the H4 visa the next day of wedding. So I would say one an get the stamping done within a Week to 10 Days.

Fill up the DS-160 and pay the fees much earlier, and after marriage collect the marriage certificate same day and go for H4 interview.
